CABERNET FRANC
APPEARANCE:
vibrant ruby red.
AROMA:
pleasant herbaceous fragrance with a harmonious bouquet of ripe fruit.
TASTE:
dry, good acidity, quite a lingering and intense taste.
ACCOMPANIMENTS:
red meat dishes.
SUPERGILL
APPEARANCE:
ruby red, rather intense.
AROMA:
pleasant fragrances of ripe fruit and an aroma of toasting.
TASTE:
dry, smooth, good body, with a good lingering presence.
ACCOMPANIMENTS:
stewed or braised meat dishes, excellent with game dishes.
REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO
APPEARANCE:
ruby red.
AROMA:
intense, herbaceous and winey scent with hints recalling the wild blackberry and soft fruit.
TASTE:
determined, slightly tannic and pleasingly bitter flavour.
ACCOMPANIMENTS:
it suits well to fatty meat and country dishes from the Friuli cuisine.
